What we collect

• Account — your email address and a hashed password.
• Images — photos you upload and the processed results.
• Billing — payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We keep a record of credits and purchases.
• Operational logs — basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the tools, process your images, run compliance checks, take payment, and send transactional emails (e.g. verification, receipts, password resets). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data retention

Uploaded and processed images are automatically deleted after 7 days. Account information and your credit history are kept until you delete your account.

Who we share data with (sub-processors)

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Our hosting provider — running the application and storage.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account page, or email us to exercise any right.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Security

Passwords are hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to data is limited to what’s needed to operate the service.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the date above.
